CLEAN, Natural Homemade Toothpaste

Plastic Beads in toothpaste? Sodium Lauryl Sulfate? Fluoride? Propylene Glycol? The list goes on! It’s unbelievable the amount of dangerous chemicals that are used in our toothpaste! Not only are adults using this- but children too! Why must we continue to use toothpaste that has such harmful side effects 2-3 times a day? They say just don’t swallow it and you will be okay, but your gums have one of the fastest and easiest absorption rates on your body! So, yes, these harmful chemicals are definitely in your body after doing something so healthy as brushing your teeth.

That’s why we highly recommend our homemade toothpaste recipe! 100% safe and natural for your tooth and gum health!

Toothpaste

  • Melt coconut oil then add sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, bentonite clay and essential oils. If it seems dry add distilled water until it is the correct consistency.
  • Mix until well combined then store in an air tight container.

The sodium bicarbonate works great as a gentle, abrasive cleaner to remove build up and helps neutralize bad breath odors. The calcium carbonate strengthens teeth and enamel, while the bentonite clay (or activated charcoal) remove toxins that have built up on your gums, teeth, and tongue.
