Can I return it if I don’t like it?
We want every customer thrilled with their Essential Living purchase. If you are in anyway dissatisfied, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-(888) 323-4580. We accept returns for 30 days from date of delivery. We and the growers we source from care deeply about ensuring that our products are in perfect condition. If you find flaws in our products and request a refund, we ask that you either return the product and/or send us a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again. Unless defective, beauty products and food items cannot be returned once opened.
what happens after i place my order?
Our team goes straight to work! We hand pack and ship every order ourselves here in Leitchfield KY so that we can ensure quality and customer service. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is confirmed and you will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped out.
when are orders shipped?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
