We love Sweet Almond Oil because it is loaded with Vitamins A and E, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, zinc, potassium, and Omega-6 fatty acid. These are key ingredients in keeping your body and skin healthy, hydrated, and protected from free radicals. It’s perfect for all skin types because it doesn’t clog skin pores and is all natural making it great even for sensitive skin. The zinc is ideal for strengthening brittle nails, while the antioxidants are perfect for fighting off oxidative stress that your skin goes through, while healing it with vitamins A and E to give your skin that youthful glow again!
It can be used to hydrate and create healthy, shiny hair by applying to the scalp and ends. It’s also ideal for massaging because it easily absorbs into the skin, while providing nourishing vitamins and minerals. Almond Oil is a great carrier oil in DIY bath bombs, lotions, and homemade soaps.
Be sure to keep your sweet almond oil out of direct sunlight and store in cool, dry conditions.

Energizing Massage Almond Oil
This massage oil is best to use after dry brushing because it helps stimulate the lymphatic system. Simply massage this oil in a circular motion, going towards the heart just as you would during dry brushing. This will energize you and help with any cellulite and encourage blood flow in the lymphatic system.
