Simply add 2-3 cups of magnesium flakes to your tub of warm water. Soak for approximately 30 minutes. If using flakes for a foot soak, only 1-2 cups is needed. To aid the magnesium in the detoxification, use a dry brush after your soak. This will help to release additional toxins.
A magnesium bath can be taken as often as every day, but if this is not feasible, 1-2 times per week is sufficient.
